He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Thomas Lapp and S. Irene Lapp (Walker). He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Morgan (Tim) of Lancaster and Tom Lapp of Lancaster; his nieces and nephews, Tim Morgan, Jr., Casey Morgan and Nathan Morgan; his great-nieces, Emerson Weidman and Paislee Weidman; and his uncles, Allen Walker and Charles Uhland (Ozzie).
