Vazquez Alvarado; his children, Luis Alexie Alvarado of Massachusetts, Rafael Orlando Alvarado of Massachusetts, Jose Antonio Alvarado of Massachusetts, Carmen Delia Goncalves of Powell, TN, Ana Rosa Alvarado of Lancaster and Nirma Alvarado Vazquez Rodriguez of Lancaster; and his siblings, Miguel, Alberto, Justiliano Alvarado, Ana Colon, Maria Morales, Isabel DeJesus, Ana Celia Alvarado, Juanita Lopez, Theresa DeJesus, Carmen Lopez, Ada Awilda Alvarado, Elba Alvarado and Maribel Diaz. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
