She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Zwalley and Roma E. Zwalley (Edwards); and her brother John E. Zwalley (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Gary B. Collins; and her sister Majorie Z. Cunningham (James J. Cunningham) of Lancaster.
