He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Clayton "Pud" Wiley and Annabel Booth Wiley; and his brother Robert Wiley. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Benedict of Peach Bottom and E. Wade Wiley of Peach Bottom. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
