He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F., Sr. and Dolores V. Welk Byers; and his siblings, Joseph B. Byers and Diane B. Wallace. He is survived by: his daughter Tara L. Byers; his siblings, Loraine W. (William Brenchley) of New Providence, Robert F. Byers, Jr. of Kentucky and Brian J. Byers of Virginia; his grandson Isaac Spaccarelli; and his sister-in-law Carol D. Byers.
