He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson H. Trout and Inez M. Grumbling Trout; his brother Galen (Jane Trout); and his nephew Bryan Trout. He is survived by: his son Jeffery (Jennifer Trout); his grandchildren, Jessica (Devin Oliver) and Jeremy Trout; his great grandchildren, Meliah and Asher; and his siblings, Ronald (Jeanette Trout), Joyce (late Henry "Jack" Combs) and Barry (Joan Trout).
