She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Q. Livingston; and her stepdaughters, Kathleen Peck (Mike) and Paula Hemsley. She is survived by: her sons, C. David Noll (Kathryn) and Richard M. Noll (Pamela); and her stepsons, Richard Witwer (Nancy) and Howard Livingston (Connie). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Kay's memory be made to either the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Water Street Mission, or the Fulton Theater.
