She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Shope; and her daughter Margaret Koppel. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Shope, Mary Carpenter (Kenneth), Ward Shope (Debbie) and David Shope (Janet); and her son-in-law Ross Koppel. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
