He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Yocum and Grace Yocum (Burd). He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Faust; his daughters, Jennifer Yocum of Greensboro and Jeanne Schlager; his granddaughter Coleen (Hakeem Thomas) of Manasses, Virginia; his son-in-law Mike Schlager of Bloomsburg; and his sisters, Joyce LeVan of Catawissa, Darlene Turner of Bloomsburg and Karen (Ron Keefer) of Catawissa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcomed, but donations to the John Owen Yocum Agricultural Scholarship Fund are encouraged as he dedicated his life to helping the farming community.
