He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Bitzer and Margaret Bitzer of Bitzer's Hotel; his children, Cynthia Longenecker (Ned), Jeffery Bitzer and Catherine Graver; his granddaughters, Mary Haynes (Stephen), Kelsey Graver and Victoria Graver; his great grandchild Colin Haynes; and his sisters, Nancy Sweigart and Linda Mellott. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
