She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy J. Sr. Kauffman and Eleanor Lynn Kauffman; and her brother Roy J. "Jim" Kauffman Jr.. She is survived by: her son Ryan E. (Denean Groff) of Strasburg; her grandsons, Austin, Jack and Sam; and her siblings, Jean Geesey of Lancaster, Janet (Spencer Speros) of Lancaster, Bob Kauffman of East Petersburg, Ron (Sara Kauffman) of Holtwood, Judy (Norm Henry) of Drumore and Polly Kauffman of Lancaster.
In lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church or to Grane Home Health & Hospice.
