He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dawkins; his children, Jewan Dawkins, Angelyn Dawkins and Jilil Dawkins; his siblings, Belle Howard (Ronald), Thomas Dawkins (Stella), Kirk Dawkins, Rufus Dawkins (Lillie), Judy Dawkins-Truman and Jenny Harrison (Norman); his mother-in-law Carolyn Brown; his brother-in-law Kevin Brown (Angela); and his children, Jeffrey Dawkins Jr., Ray Robinson, Keeyana Dawkins and Kalimah Dawkins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren.
