He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce; his sister Libby Renas; his parents, Karl Hambright and Sara Hambright; and his children, Elizabeth Dewhirst Anderson, Tracy Killian (Mark) and David Hambright (Paola). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory- Orange Street (141 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
