He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorge Rodriguez and Luz Maria Sanchez; his wife Maria S. Barreto; his daughter Maria Nancy Rodriguez; and his sisters, Carmen Morales and Ada Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his children, Carmen M. Garcia of Lititz, Maritza of Lancaster, Omaira of Lancaster, Glory Rodriguez of Lancaster, Winfred Rodriguez of Mount Joy and Frankie Rodriguez of Lancaster; and his siblings, Gina Rivera of Reading, Rigo, Lydia Rodriguez of Lancaster, Maria Rodriguez of Virginia Beach, VA, Zenaida Garcia of Lancaster, Nilsa Anaya of Lancaster and Jaime Rodriguez of Vineland, NJ.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
