She was predeceased by: her husband Howard E. Mowrer; and her parents, Emil S. Neff and Mary Neff (Boyd). She is survived by: her son Kevin Roth of Charleston, SC; and her stepsons, Larry Mowrer of Lititz and Lorne Mowrer of Lititz. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Lititz Church of the Brethren (300 W Orange St, Lititz, PA 17543).
