He is survived by: his wife Barbara Balmer Fulmer; his children, Theresa (Michael Resh) of Lancaster, Patricia Cepeda of Lancaster, Julianne (James Duvall) of Lancaster, Stephanie Pham of Lancaster, Matthew (Ann) of Lancaster and Andrew of Lancaster; and his brothers, Harry Jr. of Lancaster, James (Rosalind) of Lancaster, Donald of Lancaster and Edward.
