He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Douts (Singer); his stepdaughters, Lori Pickell (Elwood) of Millersville and Kimberly Crothamel (David) of Earleville, MD; and his siblings, Irene Potts and James Douts (Marilyn). He is also survived by two step-grandchildren, three step-greatgrandchildren.
