“I had the privilege of connecting with Frank when he first started his career at McCaskey. I had just started my career as a counselor for juvenile delinquents and one of my students was seriously being disruptive at McCaskey. He was so angry he was throwing desks around while Frank and I were trying to talk with him. Of course, with Frank's demeaner and loving compassion, the student calmed and eventually became quite successful. The world has lost a saint, but heaven has gained an angel.”
