He is survived by: his parents, Rafael Perez of Kissimmee, FL and Carmen Vega Guevara of Lancaster; his close friend Felicia Fernandez of Lancaster; his grandmother Aurea Perez; his children, Israel Rafael Perez of Columbia, Khaleo Lee Perez of Kissimmee, FL and Jaslyn Anaiya Perez of Columbia; his siblings, Rafael Perez, Jr. of Lancaster, Jackie Lee Vega of Lancaster, Kristin Speackman of Sarasota, FL, Jacqueline Perez Munoz of New York and Edgianna Sinai Perez of Florida; his stepchildren, Mikayla Bonilla of Lancaster, Joanathan Millet of Lancaster and Jiovanni Millet of Lancaster; and his grandson Maverick Bowman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
