He was predeceased by: his father Eugene F. Sweigart, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lillian R. Sweigart (Lowery); his wife Melissa Sweigart (Muffitt); his stepchildren, Wayne Stevenson, Brittany Schreck (Stevenson), Chelsea Karpinski (Stevenson) and Chandler Horn; his siblings, Linda (Jeff Smoker), Lynn Chipps and Gordon Sweigart (Karen Kaufmann); and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Kelsey, Eugene and Griffin. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Furman Home For Funerals (59 W Main St, Leola, PA 17540). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Furman Home for Funerals to defray funeral costs.
