He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Josephine; and his brother Ronald (Bonnie). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Freidhoff; and his children, Bernie (Sara), Steve (Linda), Beth Conway (Frank), Lori Elwood (Steve), Amy McEvoy (Bob) and Holly Sciortino (Nate).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gene's name may be made to Catholic Charities.
