With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doris M Trimble (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Doris left this world on November 19, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Doris shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Doris farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Altland and Edith Jenkins Altland; and her children, LuAnn Trimble, Steven Trimble and Scott Trimble.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Susan) of Lancaster, PA, Mike (Sherri) of New Providence, PA and Margie of Columbia, PA.; and her friend Karen Hallacher of Lancaster, PA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory- Orange Street (141 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Doris's name to Tandem Living (formerly Mennonite Home) 1520 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
