He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slover, Jr. and Ruth John (Martin); his siblings, Ronald Slover and Constance Flory; and his granddaughter Cayleigh Slover.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Slover (Shuman); his son Chad M. Slover (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Caden Slover, Cierstyn Slover and Calvin Slover; his sister Patricia Carpenter; and his nieces and nephews, Brent Carpenter, Brad Capenter, Ronald Flory, Donald Flory, Peter Slover, Robert Resch Jr., Kerry Egan, Kristen Egan Nitterhouse and Kelly Egan Ruoff.
