He is survived by: his friend Elnora (Leaman); his wife Elnora (Leaman); his children, Donald L. Frank Sr. (Kathy Dabler) of Lancaster, Edward E. Frank (Abby Mellinger) of Lancaster and Debra K. Steller (Michael) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Richard and Mildred Groff (Lester) of Lititz. He is also survived by his children (3), grandchildren (11), great-grand-children (28), and many friends.
