He is survived by: his children, Eric Rutherford (Anna) of Lancaster, Stacy Rutherford (Toby Myers) of Lancaster and Stephanie Taylor of Denver; his grandchildren, Barrett, Eddie and Yuri Rutherford; and his stepsiblings, Deborah Myers (James) and David Miller (Cindy).
