He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Axe and Kenneth Axe. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine (Gerry); his children, Donna Nissley (Daryl) of Lancaster and David L. Axe of Ephrata; his siblings, Duanne Mishler of Mount Joy, Chrislyn Randell (Kevin) of Denver, Colorado, Barry Axe (Margaret) of Quarryville, Kenneth Axe (Linda) of Belview, Timothy Axe (Carol) of Lancaster and Christopher Axe of East Petersburg; and his grandsons, Mike Axe of Los Angeles and Matt Lawrence (Meagan) of Millersville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dave's memory should be made to Amedisys Hospice or Ascension Lutheran Church in Willow Street.
