He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Horvath (Horn). He is survived by: his father Stephen Horvath; his wife Amber Horvath (Shearer); his children, Victoria G. "Tori" Horvath and Daniel J. Horvath; his sister Jessica Cox; and his brother-in-law David Hunter Shearer (Deb).
