She was predeceased by: her father Edward C. Martin, Sr.; her son Nelson Waltz; her brother Vance Martin; and her former husband Nelson L. Waltz, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Esther Martin, (Zahm); her husband Rickie Wise; her children, Amanda Bays (Michael) of Lancaster and Ryan Waltz (Alyssa Heisler) of Lancaster; her daughters-in-law, Alisha Waltz and Kathey Pentz; her grandchildren, Kattina Waltz, Shianne Mattson, Nelson Waltz, Isabella Dwyer, Brianna Dwyer, Mya Ingram, Kaylee Yellets and Jayden Yellets; her great grandchildren, Adonis and Romeo Thomas; and her siblings, Edward Martin, Jr., Shirley Hulse and Deborah Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
