He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anne Elbert (Haines) and William Elbert Jr.; his wife Mary (Bucks); his children, Jared Elbert of Lancaster, Megan Elbert (Jason Horn) of Raleigh, NC and Kyle Phillips (Heather); his grandchildren, Elliot, Mara, Gannen, Thora Elbert, Hattie Horn and Reece; his siblings, Greg Elbert of Tres Piedras, NM, Maureen Beiler (Wayne) of Lancaster and Monica Elbert of Lancaster; his brothers-in-law, Rod Bucks (Teri) of Howard, PA and David Bucks of York; his aunt Agnes Haines of Lancaster; and his former wife Darlene Stoy (Phillips). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
