She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Levan, Jr.; her daughter Pamela A. Levan; and her sister Joan L. Adams. She is survived by: her son Dennis L. Levan of Landisville; and her stepgranddaughter Rhiannon Levan. She is also survived by three step great-grandchildren and two step great-great grandchildren.
