She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Rivera and Maria Lopez; her close friend Jose Cruz; and her brothers, Jaime and Nelson Rivera.

She is survived by: her children, Carmen Lopez of Lancaster, Michele Lopez of East Petersburg and Daniel (Enid Rivera Lopez) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Tiffany Diaz, David H. Diaz, III, Daniela DeJesus, Luis DeJesus, Melanie Rosario, Alijah Munoz and Angel; and her sisters, Gloria Rivera of Lancaster and Lucy Robles of Florida. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
