She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gardner and Blanche Gardner (Griffin); her sisters, Lavarne Gardner and Deborah Gardner; her sons, Felton Gardner and Ernie D. Brown; her nephew Eddie Gardner; her brother Nathanial Wright; and her mother-in-law Rose L. Cole.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie Brown; her children, Dexter Gardner of Lancaster, Derick Gardner of Lancaster, Carla Gardner of Lancaster, Carlete Brown of Lancaster, Tarnesha Gardner of Lancaster and Teanna Gardner of Lancaster; and her siblings, Clarence Gardner, Charles Gardner, Kevin Gardner, Lillian Welch and Elaine Gardner.
