She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Harrison and Verna M. Harrison (Deitrich); and her husband Raymond L. Witmer. She is survived by: her children, Mark R. Witmer (Barbara) of Pennington, NJ and Karen L. Hartman of Kutztown; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kristin, Emily and Hannah; her sister Cynthia Rossos (Nickolas); her brother-in-law David Witmer; and her close friends, Donna Burkholder, Daniel Witmer (Barbara) and James Witmer (Sally). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Brenda's memory may be made to Ascension Lutheran Church, PO Box 635, Willow Street, PA 17584.
