She was predeceased by: her husband George S. Lentz. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol L. Burger (Bruce C.) and Sandra J. Brandt (David K.); and her grandchildren, Karla, Megan, Kevin, Kyle and Kelly. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
