He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lanny, Maralee Van Buskirk, Tom and Carol Kosko; his uncle Jay Van Buskirk; and his cousin Michael.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark and Carrie; and his brother Ty. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
