He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Henry and Dorothy M. Henry (Sherick). He is survived by: his children, Lori Koch (Mark), Stephen Henry and Lisa Nelson (Jon); and his sister Sally Kramer. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two nephews and a niece.
