She was predeceased by: her husband Ray D. Axe; her parents, Bonnie R. Fout and Leslie G. Fout (Summers); and her stepchildren, Dennis R., Irvin L. Axe and Linda Markle.
She is survived by: her sons, Ray D. Axe, Jr. (Sue) of Dover, Christopher L. Axe (Shelly) of Red Lion, Larry E. Axe (Kristy) of Dover and Roger W. Axe of York; and her stepchildren, Michael S. Axe (Cindy) of Dallastown, James D. Axe (Kimber) of Hershey and Wendy Hirt of Windsor. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
