He is survived by: his mother Joy Fisher; his wife Joanne; his daughters, Tosha (Shane Best) and Taylor; his stepson Zach Phillips (Krystal); his grandchildren, Chad, Zach Jr. and Kayla; his pet Max; and his siblings, Tammy Dunbar (Fritz), Tom Taglieri II, Tim Taglieri and Craig Lopez. He is also survived by his kids or grandkids.
