He is survived by: his wife Barbara Patterson (Risk); his brother Shawn Patterson (Lori) of Ephrata; his children, Gabriel Patterson of Coatesville, Samantha Wise (Dennis) of Millersville and Zachary Patterson (Ashley) of Coatesville; and his grandchildren, Jason Patterson, Rhys Wise, Veralynn Wise and Everly Patterson.
