She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; and her sisters, Anna Martha Garber and Jean Huang. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Rohrer and Jay Garber; and her children, Sara, Rachel (Loren Johns), Lois (John Jantzi), Carol (Dave Witmer), Jim (Sheryl Huebert), Ken (Judy Myers) and Ron (Joyce Horst). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
