She was predeceased by: her husband Dana Pitt Childs Sr.; and her son Dana P. Childs, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Mark L. Childs (Glenda); her grandchildren, Rachel and Byron Childs; and her great-nephew Kim (Lucinda Lorei).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phyllis Childs can be made to Grand View Hospice Care, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, Pennsylvania 18960.
