He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie H. Keener Sr. and Dorothy L. Golla; his wife Lois G. Keener (Cable); and his brother Richard E. Keener. He is survived by: his children, Donna L. Campos-Barahona (Miguel) of Lawton and Howard L. Keener Jr (Carmella); his stepchildren, Ralph Cable of New Kensington, Darlene Cable of Nags Head, N. C. and Frank Cable of Arnold; and his sibling Lonnie H. Keener Jr. of Springdale.
