We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2021, at the age of 79, Adella Barr in Lakewood, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Moore and Cecelia Imhoff Moore; and her brothers, William, Ronald and Norman Moore.
She is survived by: her husband James Barr; her children, James Barr, Jr. (Melissa) of Lexington, SC, David Barr (Rosann) of Export, PA, Michael Barr (Pamela Craig) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Garry Barr of Mars and Dr. Maryanne Houghton (Jeremy) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Abby, Matthew, Jacob, Caroline and Brendan; and her sister Marlene Measel of Evans City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to the Salvation Army, 313 W. Cunningham St., Butler, PA 16001.
