With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adele C. Mertens (Lakewood, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughters, Marlene Edwards (Bud) of Lower Burrell and Marian Lippert (late Bob) of Penn Hills. She is survived by: her children, David (Theresa) of Allentown, William (late Linda) of Slippery Rock, Mark (Gina) of Hereford, Paul (Colleen) of Indiana Twp, Gretchen Fleischer (Chuck) of Bedford, Lori Kuchta (Kevin) of O'Hara Twp and Heidi Blankenship (David) of Browns Mills; and her sisters, Margie Tiedeman (Ron) and Wilma Johnson (Mike). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
