He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Charlotte Miller (Case); his siblings, Roxanne Johnston and Rich'Mooner'Miller; and his brother-in-law Kurt Johnston.
He is survived by: his wife Tera-Lisa Miller (Livanavage); his daughter Kim Miller-Khouli (Tony) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Leila and Elias; his fathers-in-law, Steve Livanavage of Paupack and Boyd Tyler of Lakeville; his niece Victoria Johnston; his nephew Kyle Schoebel; and his great-nephew Damian Schoebel.
