He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Barney Katona; and his stepchildren, Gary L. Conrad and Shelva Rafte. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Lucas, Walt Lucas of Newberry, Marie Chasser of Cortland and Paul Katona of Southington; his stepchildren, Shirley Masters (Richard) of Kingsley, Fred Conrad (Terri) of South Gibson, Robin Conrad (Becky) and Darlene Brown of Factoryville; and also Louise Katona of Southington. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
