He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Supinski (Frank) and Christine Kingsley (Thomas); his nieces and nephews, Kate Sirota (Jeff), Lori Richel (Nathan), Mark Szajkowski (Andrea), Eric Szajkowski (Jennifer), Stephanie Brooks (Timothy) and Hillary Kingsley; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Audrey, Adam, Juliet, Emma, Lillian and Olivia.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
