He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ordiway Hayden; his children, John Hayden (Wendi) of Girard, William "Billy" Hayden (Pat) of Girard, Gary Hayden of Fairview, Randy Hayden of Erie, Robby Hayden of Erie, Cindy Mannarelli (Peter) of Fairview and Laurie Hayden of Cranesville; and his stepdaughters, Viki Dunkle (Ken) of Warren, PA, Marcia Maher (Robert) of Butler, PA and Barbara Leonardi of Rockville, MD. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
