He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans R. Keiper and Cecelia E. Keiper (Schaeffer); his wife Beverly G. Keiper; his children, Angela L. Keiper, Robert S. Keiper, Alfred J. Keiper and Tracy C. Keiper; and his sisters, Gloria J. Shepard and Joyce C. Keiper.

He is survived by: his daughter Amy C. Keiper of Erie, PA; and his cousin William E. Keiper of Canandaigua, NY. He is also survived by his five nieces.

All CDC Covid-19 guidelines will be enforced and must be followed.
