He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Winston and Ruth Winston Leubke. He is survived by: his friends, Bob and Irene Clark; his wife Karen Winston (Kibler); and his siblings, Diane Winston of Erie, Dale Rosenburg (Kevin) of East Springfield and David Winston (Laurel) of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
